Feature Requests

We already have an AI section that summarizes the call, it would be nice if AI could also auto generate customer information into their contact. For instance they give their name and AI automatically saves it to their contact card. I know it seems like a quick easy thing for us to do manually, but often times when busy or trying to quickly resolve customer issues its easy to forget to update their info.

Would like to have the ability to answer calls with the ear bud or headset rather than have to run back to the computer. log in at times, before being able to actually answer the call.

The ability to upload unique ringtones that customers listen to while it is ringing advisors or teams. Examples could be dealership unique messages and and promos to listen to while the call is ringing.

Would like to be able to call another team from a ticket I created. Currently unable to do so, have to call other locations landline to then be transferred into expert connect team.

The mobile app has the possibility to ring another team within an organisation from the app so useres are desk based and don't use there mobile phones or do not have mobile phones. It would be good for advisors to ring other advisors directly within Expert Connect.

It would be great to be able to customize the 'On Hold' music similar to how we can customize the dial tone for when customers call.

Need the ability to call internally to our other locations by dialing their department expert connect phone number from our department expert connect phone number. Currently no option to make inter-company phone calls from one to another. Doesn't make much sense to not be able to communicate with our other locations using expert connect

Can we implement a feature that allows blocking a number across all company numbers instead of having to block it through each team individually? It would be convenient to have this option available when viewing the number on the calls page.

When a call tree transfers a caller, there is no visibility through insights or calls page of who called the main number since the caller ID gets transferred to the team. This is beneficial when you use one centralized number for a marketing campaign but can't tell how many have called. The data is in the ticket thread but we need that information available to find.
