It would be useful as an option where under User Profile Ringing Preferences advisors would be able to set separate ring tones to a list of internal names and numbers. Also maybe a good option to simply associate a separate ring tone to all contacts that are associated in the system to an Internal number. In certain cases and jobs, internal calls and transfers through EC take priority to external so flagging is important.

Don't require a phone number to sign up new advisors. We use our X-ID's to log in, why can't we just use those to add new advisors to our teams. This would allow any Dealership employee who isn't issued a company phone to sign up without using their personal phone number.

Users have the ability to choose a time frame that notifications are on Do Not Disturb. 12 hours is perfect if only out for one work day, but additional options would be nice. For example, if someone is on vacation for a week, they could mute notifications for 5 days or 7 days, rather than going in daily to turn on DND.

if you disconnect a laptop of a docking station you lose your bluetooth headset / ring preference settings . it would be good to be able to choose a default that stays unless you change it , even if you un-dock on a laptop

Customize the Text/SMS From Info. Instead of First Name/Last Initial, maybe something like "Jim from XYZ Tractor". This would help if just messaging a customer from a new ticket we initial from the dealership.

The techs say it can be very distracting because the phone beeps for both text and app updates when we message in a ticket. They get two alerts when a ticket is updated, and they would like to turn one off. Right now, that is only available to someone with advisor status and up.
