Expert Connect Calls Between Locations

Need the ability to call internally to our other locations by dialing their department expert connect phone number from our department expert connect phone number. Currently no option to make inter-company phone calls from one to another. Doesn't make much sense to not be able to communicate with our other locations using expert connect

We utilize sub-teams that all use their respective store's main phone number. I would suggest that Expert Connect have the ability for each advisor and department to be assigned an extension number that can be used for internal voice conversations. I.E, advisors have 4 digit (1000-9999) extension numbers, while departments have 3 digit (100-999) extension numbers. Department extension numbers would use their current team ring schedule. So, if I wanted to ring the parts counter internally, I dial their extension, and their ring schedule executes.

You can as long as the team is "external" with a phone number. We have a "store" team with an external number and then a call tree for the departments. Any employee can call that number and reach the department. If they need to reach a specific advisor, they use Teams instead as it allows for screen sharing while on the call.
