Company Wide Ring Schedule

We're working towards moving multiple teams to use calling in ExpertConnect instead of an outside PBX. For things like holidays, it would be nice not to have to edit 1000 different teams and modify their ring schedules. Having a centralized holiday ring schedule that applied across the entire board would be fantastic.

I would like to see the ability to create several universal ring schedules that can be assigned to teams. i.e. Business Hours, After hours, weekends, etc. This would allow for one place to manage these different schedules while being able to setup teams differently. One example of this would be after hours parts support. We would want an after hours support ring schedule that we can manage in one place but we would only want to apply it to parts teams specifically.
In addition to this, it would be nice to move the ring groups outside of the ring schedule. That way, for a team you could customize which advisors would be primary rings and secondary rollover rings for a given team instead of managing this in each specific ring schedule.
It would also be nice to have a "Holiday" checkbox and checking this would ensure that the holiday schedule would always take precedence over anything else. Having to make sure you go in and save the holiday or turn off the business hours for each team can get tedious, just to make sure it is taking precedence over the normal ring schedule.

When editing an individual teams Ring Schedule, you need to be able to select from either a company pre-designed and managed ring schedules or create a customized one if necessary. Similarly to selecting from voicemail recordings. As EC has become more integrated with more teams across the dealership it becomes almost impossible to manage confidently all the different ring schedules with all the different teams being created. From a parts perspective with 18 locations with ring schedules that change throughout the year based on the season this means I need to change weekday business hours and afterhours ring schedules separately x18 Saturday business and afterhours x18 as well as Sunday afterhours x18 multiple times throughout the year and this is just talking for the parts teams, the same things would be necessary for all service departments, IS team and more. And then you just cross your fingers and hope you didn't miss one or something didn't save right. Maybe something could be done by team type even....

I think we should be able to copy existing ring schecules from other teams as well. And then just fill in the blanks for the advisors. Setting ring schedules is too complicated.

This especially applies with having a customer contact center, which means everyone will need to be on Expert Connect to handle customer inquiries.
