Create additional permission levels that allow an Advisor to be a Manager of a specific team, but not all the teams for the entire company.

Need the option to use ring schedules I've created for other teams. Creating the same ring schedule over and over for multiple teams seems unnecessary. Should be able to see all previously created schedules in my company in the "View List" tab.

Would like routing rules to apply to text messages as well.

We are looking at adding a team for our HR department and we are concerned with privacy. We would like to have a way to hide those tickets and that team from all but the HR team. I'm thinking something like having to enter a password to access the team.

Allow the ability to change the default voicemail outside of active ring schedules.

There is no warning or option to keep associated phone numbers when deleting a team that has a phone number associated with it. We get a warning about losing the number when editing a team phone number, but not the option to keep it or apply it to another team! We should have the option to keep existing phone numbers in a poole or to reroute phone numbers when editing or deleting a team. Dealer admins should have the option to keep phone numbers when deleting teams as these numbers are on advertisements, business cards, etc.

We would like to be able to duplicate team/call/message settings across multiple teams without having to go into each team individually. A prime example would be the chat responses. It would be beneficial to a company standard set of messages that teach team could opt into.

is it possible to be able to skip numbers in a call tree. (eg press 1 for advisor press 2 for advisor and press 4 for advisor, when you delete a prompt out it shifts all the ones below up. so if there was a recording placed in the numbers no longer match up)

having a call tree were under each slot being able to have additional slots. eg, press 1 for "region 1 sales" then under that being able to have the names of 3 or more sales team members slots. (under slot 1, then again have another bunch of slots)

I need a way to pull a report that has data specific to what advisors are assigned to each team. I also need to export settings data to ensure that multiple teams have uniform settings in each manage tab based category.
