Change Text Size in new iOS App
Changing the text size in iOS settings does not change all of the text in the app. See the attached two screenshots. One is normal and the other is with text size turned to the max. The default text size on my iPhone Pro Max on the fringe of requiring reading glasses.

Automate call mute when Call Transfer is iniatiated
Due to the time it takes to find the advisor or team in the search fields, it would be helpful to have the call muted as soon as the icon to transfer is clicked. Background noise is not heard while trying to complete the call transfer.

Switch Devices During Call / Transfer to Another Device
Would like the ability to answer via web and talk at desk, and then place on hold and pick up on cell phone if need be. Would be convenient for instances when a customer wants a part described to them and you can walk away from the web and resume call on cell phone.

Status Filters
Allow advisors to multi-select ticket status on Mobile. Today, I can only select "Unassigned", or "Assign", or "Closed". I'd like to be able to filter by "Unassigned" and "Assigned" and cannot do that.

CarPlay/Android Auto Functionality
Be able to see the same call functions as we see on the app when connected to Apple Car Play or Android Auto. i.e. seeing who is calling, transferring calls, etc.

Improved Notifications on Mobile App
When a notification hits your Mobile App it shows the dot over your app. When you click into the app it does not tell you what the notification is for. If there is more than one notification you have no ideas what tickets you need to go thru.

Message option on mobile when an incoming call is on the screen.
Similar to what can be done on an Iphone, when the incoming call screen appears, having the ability to send a text message stating you are unable to take the call but will call right back, instead of the call being transfered to a rollover team.

Ability to customize the Do Not Disturb timeframe in the app
This would make it quicker and simpler for staff to stop receive notifications until their next shift starts and no need to remember to go in and turn on notifications for their next shift. Also would assist when on lunch or off for a weekend to be able to change it once and last for more or less than the 12 hr preset. Would also be helpful to have this in the web application

Ability to select multiple tickets
Create a function to hold down on a ticket and enable radio buttons on the side of the tickets in current view so that user can manipulate multiple tickets at once.
