ability to answer calls with the ear bud or headset

have voted for this but would like to add to the urgency as well.
we are testing teams as our phone system, and it doesn't see the EC dashboard as another communication program, so when on an EC call and someone calls you on teams, it basically takes over the headset while ringing (muting the mic and speaker part). When on a zoom call, Teams doesn't interrupt as it sees the headset as busy or in a call, where with EC it doesn't see it as in a call.

This has been one of the most requested features by our parts department. They are extremely disappointed to need to go back to their computers to answer. This has been a step backwards from our VOIP system for those already using headsets.

We need to be able to pick up calls from bluetooth devices

We want to pick up calls from the application from the headphones without having to go to the computer.

There is no setting in ExpertConnect that allows headset control. No matter what site settings are allowed, there is no way to answer calls by pressing a button on the headset device. We use ring central for our current VOIP phones, there is a setting in there that allows headset control. I have attached an image of that setting. Please make this quality of life feature available.

Mike Kubczak You can set your default audio preference in your User Profile, including Bluetooth headsets. If you don't set a default device, ExpertConnect calls will ring into whatever your computer's audio preference is set to.

Josie Bowman Hello, I think this is not about ringing sound but about picking up a call.
