Context: We complete regular user audit reviews to ensure that the active users we have within a system are, in fact, still employed by us. Suggestion: At this stage, we don't appear to be able to export this information out of Expert Connect which makes completing a user audit a little more difficult - especially being as notated reviews are required for the John Deere DSCF assessment.

Admins would like to see and edit the individual Advisor settings of their team. Settings like: > Dashboard-settings of an advisors > App-settings of an advisors > Notification when an Advisor use the function “Do not disturb for 12 hours”

Would be nice to see if new tickets are being clicked on and not being delt with. this would only be available for the admin only. this would help to see if employees are picking and choosing tickets.

As we are using EC to manage tasks in the field, It would be great as an admin in EC (and an internal dealer employee!) to be able to be the customer and assign to an individual after the ticket is created. As an internal task, you have to have another manager or admin assign it to an individual afterwards. This is so time consuming.
