Answering another call after hanging up

When a call comes in and I am already on another call, when I hang up, I do not have the option to answer the still incoming call. It would be nice to be able to answer that call if possible.

This is something that definitely needs figured out. In the busy seasons it won't be acceptable to not be able to answer the next call right away when finishing with previous call. What is the point of this feature if it is already going to do that by default?

Parts dept asking about this as sometimes they are by themselves for a short time, missing 2-3 calls because they can't answer another call right away after hanging up from the previous call. Or during busier times of the year, lots of calls come in.

This really needs to get fixed.
