Iam a Shop Foreman in service, i carry a cell phone on my side and i have the front desk forward calls to me that come in for service if they want to talk to me, because iam not always in my office. what iam finding its tricky using Expert connect for doing this because if iam in the list for getting all service call my phone rings for all calls. and if im taken out of the list i receive no calls unless there transferred to me. issue i have is i want to still be able to answer any call from my lap top in my office but not have my work cell phone ring all the time. i know the laptop is tied to my work phone but there has to be a way or a change that could be made so i can only receive transfer calls to my work phone and then still get all calls to my laptop in office.
