Customize SMS "From" message - "Jim S" to "Jim S @ XYZ Tractor"

Customize the Text/SMS From Info. Instead of First Name/Last Initial, maybe something like "Jim from XYZ Tractor". This would help if just messaging a customer from a new ticket we initial from the dealership.

We'd love the option to disable this altogether. We've got Advisors as the source of a number of messages to customers, but on any replies that come back, there may be a team that could respond on the Advisor's behalf, but the name label included in the texts makes it seem less like a personal interaction and more like a robotic help desk.

Definitely need to be able to customize the text/SMS signatures.

Maybe have the option to even add the team name in there as well for dealers with multiple teams at even a single location.
