It would be useful as an option where under User Profile Ringing Preferences advisors would be able to set separate ring tones to a list of internal names and numbers. Also maybe a good option to simply associate a separate ring tone to all contacts that are associated in the system to an Internal number. In certain cases and jobs, internal calls and transfers through EC take priority to external so flagging is important.
