This request is to have the archive feature available for managers and admins only. There is no need for advisors to archive tickets.
Admins and managers can set their teams to auto-archive if they want, but advisors should not be archiving tickets.
This is creating an issue where some advisors are archiving tickets as a method to 'hide' them from other team members.
As admins and managers, we would like some control over this. Thanks!!
