After inviting an advisor, in our setup we often use the Secondary Desk phone. If the number was previously used by another advisor we have to ask EC support to clear it out.

Could we have that added when we can edit an advisor, and also visible in the list under Manage - Advisors so we can see who has it. especially when offboarding a user, we can remove it first.
