Could we please add a feature on the dashboard that will show which help tickets have been responded to from the customer? Our old system we could tag help tickets that we were waiting on a response.
In Freshdesk we could tag a tickets status as waiting on customer, waiting on third party, etc. This would revert back to open when they replied back and a notification would appear showing this.
