It would be great to invite another advisor to an existing call with a client. Also sharing the same RDA session would be beneficial.

Cuando estas hablando con un cliente y quieres transferir la llamada a otro asesor, siempre es importante poder hablar con el otro asesor que va recibir la llamada transferida, para informarle un poco de que le ocurre al cliente y porque le vas a transferir la llamada, porque si no el que la recibe tiene la sensación de que es una llamada nueva desde cero de un cliente a atender.

When you transfer a call through to another person or team, it would be nice to be able to speak to that person so you can give them a brief overview of what you have spoken about or give them a heads up as to what they need to do.

When Advisor A transfers a customer call to a specific Advisor B, the call has to come back to the first Advisor A if the specific Advisor B does not answer the call!

I have had multiple customers get real upset because of this. That dead end did not happen before we made the switch to Expert Connect.

Very important to speak to the transfer user before the actual phone call goes through ,also if the phone call goes on auto mute or a hold tone for the customer as currently the call is still live with customer in background

It would be more productive to be able to speak to who you're transferring the call to for a brief moment before they speak with the transferred party. That way you can give the sales person or whoever a heads up of what the call is about/what the customer needs.

Would be nice to be able to perform a warm transfer, or merge call so that you might be able to explain a bit of the situation to the person receiving the call. Or just to be able to bring another advisor on the line and merge them into the call.
