Ability to select segment 'does not equal' in Voicehub routing rules, to route callers without specific segments on their account away from the team/advisor they initially dialed.
Use Case:
Customers subscribing to a support service get a specific segment added to their contact. Their call to a support team member is allowed to pass through the desired team, but contacts WITHOUT the segment get routed to a centralized support team/call center

Yes! YES YES! Needs the ability to add more than one condition. IF caller has segment 1 AND segment 2 THEN direct to this team. I was wishing for this feature last week. So many uses. IF Active support subscription (seg) AND this branch location (seg) THEN this agent.
