It would be great to have the option to turn off the voicemail feature for dealer accounts. Nobody is leaving voicemail messages, and for us as a dealer, it just creates inaccurate graphs in the Insights section.
If a customer calls and nobody answers before the beep, it's marked as a missed call. If nobody answers after the beep, it's marked as a voicemail. If a customer calls after hours, it's also marked as a voicemail.
So for us, it's not useful — quite the opposite. Please make it possible to disable this feature.
