Turn off contact autosave and sync with business system

We are having an issue where customers contact us through online widgets and mistakenly type their phone numbers incorrectly. The system will autosave them as a new contact with the incorrect information, regardless of whether they are already listed as a contact with same name and correct phone number. Dealer needs control on who to save and not to save because now we don't know how many contacts may have been autosaved with incorrect information. Would be nice if it synced with the dealer's business system, and then anyone outside of that list would go into a queue with the dealer having the option of whether or not to save them as a new customer in EC.
