We generally export our list of tickets to dump into another spreadsheet that allows us to see more of what we are looking for. Right now for VoiceHub tickets, we are unable to see if a customer created the ticket (called in) or if one of our advisors created the ticket (called out) when looking at the ticket export. I am only able to see this when I click on the specific ticket. Could we get that as a column when exporting a list of tickets?
