Would love this, trying to stop what you are doing to get to the area to answer the phone is cumbersome. Too much clicking.

Moving the popup to one side is great, as long as you grab that pop up box in the right spot (top).

Alternatively, a pop up notification to one side, so it doesn't interrupt you completely.

I would like it but I'd really also like the ability to minimize if I am working on something else and need another team member to answer.

this is such a simple requirement but seems to have been missed , i believe there is another idea similar already.
