The ability to delete pictures and comments added by others.

As we are adding more teams, groups, and customers; we as advisors and managers should be able to delete or merge pictures or comments. Our customers that only use the text function consistently add comments and pictures into the wrong tickets. We are stuck with them after that, and it makes the ticket confusing. Then, if possible, it requires us to copy and paste the pictures or comments, then ask the customer to log into the app, if they will and delete them themselves. It takes 5 times the amount of time than it would if just a manager on our side could edit it. That isn't mentioning improper pictures or comments that might be sent.
If we could just merge single line items into another ticket, it would be beneficial, if we could delete pictures or comments it would help.
Even if there was a function that was like turning it from public to private, where we could block out those comments or pictures, yet they would still be in the ticket but private and blocked from view, maybe managers view, or advisor only view. Anything to clean up the unwanted items in the wrong tickets.
