We propose enabling the ability to send .ics (iCalendar) files within the chat function (WhatsApp) between users and customers. This enhancement would allow appointments and scheduling details to be shared seamlessly during conversations.

By supporting .ics file transfers, customers can directly import proposed meeting times into their calendar applications, reducing manual effort and minimizing scheduling errors. This feature would significantly improve the efficiency and overall user experience in coordinating appointments with customers.
