Set the "Private Message" box in a ticket to default to private message instead of public message. So we would only have to click that box if we want to send a public message.

would be great if private notes were default instead of having to click the tab to make it private notes . could be mistaken by tech and sent where its not private if tech doesnt know any better or forgets .
