You can search your EC tickets via machine PIN by using the search bar at the very top of the EC screen. If the PIN is anywhere in EC, that search bar will find it. Hope this helps!

P.S., even if you just know part of the PIN, the search still works! Example: in the screenshot below, if I just type in "1PY5115M", EC will still give you results.
