Closing this as it was specific to saving preferences on the Calls page. Last sprint we made it so preferences like Column width, hiding columns, and sorting preferences are saved on a profile basis (so if you log out and back in those should be saved).
After review the filters for the dashboard will be saved on a per session basis so if you re-route to another tab and come back it will be saved but if you end your session then it will revert to the default filters.

Hi everyone. We've been working on different pages for saving preferences (https://expertconnect.canny.io/changelog/ability-to-keep-action-buttons-and-page-layout-saved) so want to make sure I am clear on this request. We are talking about saving the filters specifically on the Calls Page (see image below)?

On the Insights tab, after filtering on the right hand side, it would be helpful to be able to save certain filter searches so you don't have to re-filter every time.

There needs to be a default view set where we would like it and saved.

With more teams being added to our organization, this feature needs to be looked at again. Allowing us to set defaults would be helpful, then if we need to change the filter settings for a specific search would be easier. With the time it takes for insights to load, any help would be beneficial in my opinion.

I would like to suggest the ability to set a default view on the tickets page. The ability to select My Tickets or Team Tickets as the default landing page.

It would be helpful if we could set up a default view on the dashboard. 99% of the time we use Team Tickets. Occasionally we check My Tickets if we are searching for a conversation with a client. Every time we click off of a ticket and back to the dashboard it defaults back to My Tickets. Would be nice to set a default that takes me back to Team Tickets.
