Add visualization to when an updated ring schedule overriding an existing ring schedule. Be able to set a priority that overrides regardless of when the main schedule is updated.

Example: Have a daily ring schedule that is setup with a holiday closed schedule that is set months in advance. When there is personnel change that daily schedule update would now override that preplanned holiday schedule and we don't have much for visibility when trying to troubleshoot/verify.
