Mass Ring Schedule Adjustment for Store Hour Updates

Apply hours adjustments to all ring schedules for a certain category. Currently we have to go into each schedule individually and update for seasonal hour changes.

We are needing to create Winter and Summer business hours for every department for our 8 store organization. This means we will have to create 10 individual ring schedules for each of our 124 groups.
Please create tabs in ring schedules in which a weekly business hours schedule can be imported from a template in one tab. Then, advisors or greetings can be assigned in separate tabs. This way dealers can create templates as many of us have multiple stores and departments utilizing the same hourly schedule but different greetings and personnel. This idea was first suggested over 3 years ago. Please make it happen!

Totally agree. It takes a lot of time and when you are setting up a bunch of teams or schedules it is pretty easy to miss a reoccurrence

When editing an individual teams Ring Schedule, you need to be able to select from either a company pre-designed and managed ring schedules or create a customized one if necessary. Similarly to selecting from voicemail recordings. As EC has become more integrated with more teams across the dealership it becomes almost impossible to manage confidently all the different ring schedules with all the different teams being created. From a parts perspective with 18 locations with ring schedules that change throughout the year based on the season this means I need to change weekday business hours and afterhours ring schedules separately x18 Saturday business and afterhours x18 as well as Sunday afterhours x18 multiple times throughout the year and this is just talking for the parts teams, the same things would be necessary for all service departments, IS team and more. And then you just cross your fingers and hope you didn't miss one or something didn't save right. Maybe something could be done by team type even....
