Request a way to delete pictures or messages sent to us

We recently had a customer send a photo of their credit card along with their texted order. If this had been a phone call we could have paused recording if prepared, or at worst delete the recording afterwards. But if someone sends in their card info over text or picture, there is no way to remove it from the permanent record short of deleting the entire ticket. This had been an involved ticket before getting to that point, so we would have much preferred to keep the rest of the record.

I have asked for this for years, they even had it working for about a year. Only the person that added, could delete it, but it was removed and now they don't even want to make it possible. I only care about the ticket. It will stay in a text message unless it gets deleted by those who received it.

Great request! At the very least, hopefully admin or manager can have this access to delete things in EC. I would understand if that ability isn't given to the advisor level.
