Would be great if the advisor did not have to 'Push 1' to answer an incoming VoiceHub call, as many advisors wear headsets.

We have added a voice recognition option when answering incoming phone calls. You can now speak 'Connect Now' to answer a VoiceHub phone call. We will be making additional improvements to the incoming call process. You can watch for those updates on the Changelog: https://feedback.agrisync.com/changelog

On the web dashboard, you click 'Accept' to answer a call and there is no second step of pushing 1 or saying Connect Now.

On the mobile app, you can choose to Push 1 or say Connect Now.
