Re-Assigned Ticket Notification

When you re-assign a ticket to someone, there is nothing on their end that shows that the ticket has been assigned to them for follow up. No activity notification flag, or status change. Just appears in your list of other open tickets. Would be great if the status would change from "assigned" to "re-assigned" and change colors. Just something that stands out to let you know that someone re-assigned a ticket to you.
