Would be great to have separate tab or private/internal notes rather than the tick box for 'Private' as this would make it much clearer what is being sent to the customer or not.

Hi Todd Hansnicki - we've tweaked the design a bit for entering private notes to hopefully make it more clear when you're sending a customer reply vs internal note. Hopefully this helps!
