We are having folks accidentally archiving tickets because the Archive button is hidden behind the Close button. Please shift the Share and Close button to the left and make the Archive button appear to the right of the Close button. It can be greyed out until the ticket is closed, but it needs to be BESIDE the Close button, not hidden behind it! There is plenty of unused screen real estate to make this happen.
