More information in call box when it rolls to a secondary team

We have a couple centralized rollover teams, Parts, Service, and Accounting right now, to pick up calls the main store team doesn't get to in time. Unfortunately they do not know when answering the call which store these call originalted from because the call box shows the current team name after the call rolls in. The Detail page has notes, once you can get to it, showing what team the call transferred in from;0 so that information is clearly already known. Can we get it shown on the call box please?
