Most dealer organizations use microsoft teams in some form or another as a communication tool in their business. It would be great if users could use the messaging feature to open and communicate to Advisors on a ticket.

The possibility of MS Teams integration. As Teams is often used for internal company communication, it should be possible to create a ticket directly in Teams. The agent's response from EC should be visible in Teams.

I believe Microsoft Integration is already planned as a future update with Expert Connect as the platform develops in time!
