messaging notifications are poor

if you already have a ticket open and the customer messages you , you are relying on the notification in the top corner highlighted yellow (poor visibility as this notifies you for every little thing, ) or the 1 in the message icon , which is easily missed as it gets bumped down the line quick.
please add to the software the whole ticket line is highlighted red if attention is needed to avoid missed calls or messages maybe?

If the line gets highlighted, we have to keep in mind people who are color blind as this will mess with their vision, would have to be a certain select of colors to be ok. They could maybe add an audio blip every time there is a notification too possibly for better awareness of notifications.

Same with when a ticket is reassigned to you, it moves to the top of your list of tickets but can soon move down the list. A very clear visible cue on a ticket with an unread message or reassigned ticket requiring action would be helpful.
