Keep machines associated to customer

Machines models and serial numbers are really helpful but only stick to the ticket, not the customer. Wouldn't it be handy if 1 location associated the machine to the customer that the next location could also leverage the information?
I would like to be able to see a list of machines associated to a customer no matter which team they call. Better yet can we automate this by referencing the list of machines associated to a given customer in Operations Center or Equipment Mobile?

Great request. Business accounts would struggle the most because employees usually contact via a number other than the main business phone number, but for residential customers, it would work great since they usually operate off their personal cell number for everything (unless they registered equipment under a landline). Hence, there is a feature request to allow a contact in EC to have multiple numbers stored.
