Insert Broadcast Message into Customer Conversation Log "All Activity"

Great request, but I would like to toggle viewing broadcast history on and off as needed in customer history so that it doesn't interfere with normal day-to-day parts/service/sales department communication.
Also, would like to expand the request for customer history to be able to be viewed by selection, parts history, service history, sales history, broadcast history, or all history.
History has a team column, but we're not able to select or search teams.
This would greatly help advisors if they're just wanting to see customer history for a particular department.
