We need the ability to message multiple people in the same ticket, or create group text/message tickets. Example being if we need to coordinate setting up a time to visit a down machine in the future or set up a date for optimizing a machine, messaging the farm manager, farm owner, and machine operator at the same time with the same message is extremely important. Having to copy and paste the same message over and over or making separate calls sometimes gets missed or inconsistent information is given.

Hello, here are 2 concrete examples of the lack of not being able to create a ticket with a group: an ETA managed by 2 brothers, when I have to send them information, it would be a time saver to be able to do it all at once. second example, a group of 4 farmers who use the same equipment, if I send a quote, if I send a quote, I am sure that in the process, the 4 customers will call me to ask me questions, which takes me 3 times more time for nothing, because if we could all discuss the same message, each would see the other's question and I would answer only once. thank you for your understanding and development. I've also had this request from a few of my users to be able contact both farmers within an org at the same time and have them be informed at the same time.
