Please get rid of the opt in for broadcast messages. It's fine to have an "opt out" option but if the people can't even get the initial message...what a waste. The whole broadcast setup in Expert Connect is a marvel in over-thinking and really could be dumbed down. We used to use Kenect and it was night and day difference in ease of use compared to this.
