We are utilizing EC for our mainline. Most of the calls we get are transferred internally to Service, Parts, Sales. It would be nice if I could have those favorited, so I don't have to search through the whole company each time I transfer a call. Also since the information is already available. It would be nice to type in a Location and have all advisors with that tag show up. Thanks.
