Dealers strongly request the ability to create, edit, and send Draft Messages directly from the ExpertConnect mobile app. Currently, drafts can only be managed via the web dashboard, which limits usability for workshop employees.
In service workshops, technicians often complete tickets in multiple steps depending on the work they are performing. Being able to save and edit drafts on the mobile device would significantly improve their workflow, reduce interruptions, and increase adoption of ExpertConnect in everyday operations.
This feature is highly desired by dealers and would support more efficient and flexible ticket creation directly from the workshop floor.
