Are you still seeing this problem? Looks like without us requesting the picture via the link customers can't just text in a picture.

Josie Burgett: Magic, We cant seem to get this to work. does this need to be turned on. The customer doesn't get the link to upload a picture when they submit a ticket. If the customer is setup with the app will they still get the text message to upload a picture when creating the ticket via text??

William Hutchison: Good question. Right now the customer only gets the upload link if they aren't a registered AgriSync user. I'll request that we send the same automated message with the link anytime a customer creates a ticket via SMS. We also intend to add a way for advisors to 'request' media in a ticket, which would text them the upload link.
If they initiate the ticket via the app, they won't get the automated SMS response. However, if they have the app, they should be able to view the entire conversation and upload photos/videos from the app.

We were able to achieve this through a new feature where we send an automated text message with a link for the customer to upload media to a ticket.
