Context:
We find that our teams sometimes have to communicate with a third party about content not relevant to the end user.
That communication is still relevant to the conversation and resolution of the project, especially if the case was to transition to a new advisor for whatever reason.
Request:
The ability to track emails from Outlook, that aren't being sent directly to the end user, would be great for ticket context.
Workaround:
We're currently pasting those emails as private notes, which isn't efficient at all.
