I would like to suggest implementing a feature that allows editing messages already sent to customers.
Objective:
Enable the correction of information after submission, ensuring more accurate communication and avoiding rework.
Additional suggestions:
  • Visually indicate that the message has been edited
  • Keep change history (edit log)
  • Avoid the need to send multiple messages to correct the previous one
  • Allow editing within a time limit (ex: up to 10 minutes after submission)
  • Synchronization with WhatsApp, respecting platform limitations
