The ability to craft a message and upload supporting documentation without having to send to the end customer until you're ready.
One specific use case might be when a technician is working a job then they could build that message with supporting documentation and send everything all at once.

Ian Zimmerman you've done draft messages, and I was assuming it would cover also the email tab. Is there a function to have draft emails as well?

Hi all. The team is in a good spot with Draft Messages and would like to officially open this for Beta Access. Some notes:
- When we turn on, it will be on the dealer level so EVERY one will see the new Draft feature.
- You will be able to see a draft message on mobile but will NOT be able to schedule a draft message or take an action on a draft message in mobile.
- This is different than Schedule Messages. Draft Message is a new "mode" you can put a message into. When you send it's "sent" as a draft. A scheduled message is the ability to schedule a public message to be sent at a later time.
- Planned release is December 10th.
If you would like us to turn this on for your org please reply to this message and we will get you going!

Merged in a post:
request for an auto save to be added in expert connect when a ticket is being made. We had a tech in the middle of making a ticket and wi-fi went away. He needed to completely star t over. Some other platforms have an auto save so this does not happen.

As well as having the ability to set a date that the message will send on.
