Documentation of outgoing calls (unsanswered)

It is necessary for us to have a documentation of outgoing calls that aren't answered by the customer or his mailbox.
This information should be in the ticket activity and the call list (https://app.expertconnect.deere.com/calls) like all the other calls.
We need this to have a confirmation about who tried to call what customer for how long and how often.
