Just like when you merge tickets or see any information like in the attached in grey about a ticket, it would be beneficial to have a note so that if I deleted this recording, it would have something like "Recording redacted" or something similar.

If this is not a function that general advisors see, it would be beneficial for Managers and Administrator access.
