Would like to reemphasize this request. I believe this is a key element in the overall customer experience. NO ONE enjoys being on hold and even worse being on hold and listening to a generic ringtone. Ideally no customer would be left on hold for more than a short moment. But in reality, during certain times of the hold times will occasionally be longer than normal. And in these cases, listening to a voice speaking as suggested above with dealership unique messages and promos to listen to while the call is ringing. Not only would this enhance the customer's call experience but also serve a dual purpose potentially for some dealer specific marketing efforts.
