Clear 'trusted company' list - or add Favourites

Can we have a way to clear all the companies saved in the "Teams" tab of the mobile app.
Currently new advisors are overwhelmed with the number of teams available, it would be simpler if this list started off empty and allowed them to add the teams they need instead.
Better yet let us assign these teams from the web dashboard so we can onboard new advisors easier.

I do all our onboarding, and you can assign a team upon inviting an advisor, and you can add an advisor to multiple teams at once in the advisor edit screen after they are added to your system. In the mobile app, they should only see tickets for their assigned teams (Team Tickets tab) or tickets assigned to them exclusively (My Tickets tab), or tickets they are watching (Watch tab). I'm an admin, so I have an "All" tab, which an advisor won't have. Hope this helps!

I am referring to the contact book, not the assigned Teams.
I would like staff to create tickets with internal teams that they are not assigned to. But by default the 'Teams' tab under Contacts shows all teams.

Josh thanks for the response. Our list shows multiple companies as well as our own teams. Some other companies' teams look to be either internal use only phone numbers/emails or embedded phone numbers for online sales leads. We definitely don't want to contact them via those teams as that will generate false leads and mess their tracking up. I have contacted support for more clarity on this. We have the option to hit the minus button and remove the team from favorites, but I'm not doing that for 189 teams.
